1. General Technical Meeting (GTM), all team leaders must be present.
21STJuly at 16 h in Students sports Hall, 3 min away of student dormitory. Meeting point at entrance of Students dormitory at 15:50h
2. Training reservation for next day on venue at Court Office
Upon your arrival (20thJuly) you can make reservation for Trainings (for 21st July) at Info desk at Students Dormitory
3. OPENING CEREMONY
The Opening Ceremony will take place on Sunday July 21 in front of University DonjaGorica. Attendance will be mandatory for all the members of the delegations, and they will have to participate in it.
The ceremony will start at 21:00 h, so all teams must be ready at 20:10 h in front of student’s dormitory. There will be bus for transportation to University, please be there on the time.
Pick up time 21 July, 20:10h in front of Students dormitory.
Due the Opening Ceremony Lunch and Dinner, just for that day, will be served:
• Lunch 14:00h – 17:00 h
• Dinner 18:00h – 19:30 h

Lunch Boxes will be provided for teams who cannot arrive at lunch of dinner due competition. Those teams should fill Lunch Box Form at Info desk before 10:00h.

5. CLOSING CEREMONY AND MEDAL AWARDING CEREMONY
The Closing Ceremony and Medal Awarding Ceremony will also take place at the University Donja Gorica on Saturday July 27 at 21 h, you should be in front of SD at 20:10h.
All teams and their members must be an active part of the ceremony. The procedure will be similar to the Opening Ceremony.
Awards ceremony, Diplomas and Certificates will be included at closing ceremony.
