Dear tennis players, coaches and officials

On behalf of the EUSA in my function as a technical delegate tennis I’d like to welcome everybody at the 2019 European Universities Championships Tennis at Montenegro.

Performance sport is about setting your goals and striving with all your talent to achieve them; the Organizing committee and I will do everything we can to make sure you get your best tennis, to enable an excellent tournament on a high level, of course according to the EUSA and ITF rules and regulations. Therefore the OC in Montenegro have had a long preparation period, with for sure several working hours during night time.

However, the event is about more than just the tennis. Montenegro is a beautiful part of Europe with a stunning scenery, great food and drink and much to see and do. Enjoy your tennis, but do not forget also to take time to make new friends and bring home many impressions from Montenegro.
